    Role Overview

    ANDERSEN is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

    This role is ideal for someone who excels at complex executive calendar management, anticipates leadership needs, and can confidently manage shifting priorities. In addition to scheduling, the Administrative Assistant will support travel, expenses, purchasing, budgets, team events, and day-to-day business operations.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
    • Process expenses and support purchase orders and budget tracking.
    • Organize team meetings, events, offsites, and other business activities.
    • Maintain trackers and support ongoing operational initiatives.
    • Anticipate leadership and team needs and proactively resolve issues.
    • Partner cross-functionally to keep business operations organized and running efficiently.


    Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills


    • Executive Calendar & Scheduling Management | 5+ years: Experience managing complex executive calendars, high-volume scheduling, meeting conflicts, and coordination across multiple time zones.
    • Operations & Administrative Support | 4-5+ years: Experience with expense management, domestic and international travel, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
    • Microsoft 365 & Business Tools | 4+ years: Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, including calendar/email management and operational workflows.


    Required Qualifications

    • 2+ years of recent prior Microsoft experience in an Administrative Assistant or Administrative Support role.
    • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, complex environment.
    • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
    • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems.
    • Candidates should demonstrate employment stability, as frequent unexplained job changes may be disqualifying.
