Join Signs of Success and help build the future of our sales team. We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused professional to manage front desk operations and sales intake — with a clear path to grow into a true sales role over time.

What You’ll Do
- Answer phones and greet walk-in customers
- Handle customer and sales lead intake
- Gather project details and route leads to the appropriate salesperson
- Create and maintain job folders and documentation
- Prepare simple invoices and estimates
- Support will-call, payments, and pickup documentation
- Keep project and accounting systems accurate
Growth Path
This role is designed to grow into an inside sales / account representative position. Over time, you’ll:
- Learn signage products, materials, and pricing
- Handle simple sales projects as the primary point of contact
- Transition sales responsibilities away from designers so they can focus on design

Sales experience is not required — we will train the right person.
