Office Administrator / Recruiter
Full-Time Position
We are looking for someone dependable and organized to assist with hiring, office administration, and data entry related to payroll and attendance.
Duties
- Assist with hiring and onboarding employees
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
- Run background checks and verify I-9 documents as part of the hiring process
- Perform data entry and maintain employee records
- Assist with payroll and attendance tracking
- Answer phones and emails
- Keep office files organized
- Assist management with daily office tasks
