Responsibilities of the Administrative Receptionist
- Ensure seamless front desk operations: answering calls, greeting residents, managing guest inquiries
- Maintain and process resident work orders and documentation using Yardi system
- Provide administrative coverage during peak periods and staff absences
- Deliver professional, courteous service to residents in a high-visibility environment
