    What You’ll Do & Bring

    As an Administrative Program Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting Behavioral Health and Crisis Services programs, helping drive operational excellence, quality outcomes, and access to care for the communities we serve.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support daily operations of Behavioral Health and Crisis Services programs
    • Assist with CCBHC program implementation, compliance, and performance reporting
    • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly program reports
    • Track outcomes, quality metrics, and hospitalization referral dispositions
    • Support payor initiatives and reporting requirements
    • Maintain accurate tracking logs and ensure data integrity
    • Assist with patient access and continuity of care initiatives
    • Support behavioral health consent processes and patient engagement activities
    • Monitor and coordinate Wysa application requests and patient activations
    • Communicate professionally with patients, families, referral sources, and community partners

    What You Bring:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
    • Collaborative mindset and commitment to quality healthcare
    • Passion for supporting behavioral health and whole-person care initiatives

    Preferred:

    • Some college coursework
    • Bilingual in Spanish
    • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or quality reporting
    • Experience with de-escalation techniques
