Job Summary — The Opportunity
Our Odessa team depends on someone who keeps the details on track so everyone else can focus on serving customers. As our Administrative Operations Specialist, you'll be that person.
In this role, you will support multiple departments and leaders, coordinate daily operations, and serve as a go-to contact for employees, customers, and vendors. One day you might be managing schedules and records; the next, helping with orders, purchasing, invoicing, or service coordination. Along the way, you'll have a real opportunity to spot better ways of working and help put them in place.
You'll thrive here if you enjoy variety, like solving problems, and take pride in getting the details right in a fast-paced environment.
