    We're looking for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats while supporting both our clinical team and the families we serve.

    What You'll Do:

    • Manage provider credentialing and insurance enrollments
    • Coordinate medical authorizations and eligibility verification
    • Support medical billing and claims follow-up
    • Oversee clinician and client scheduling
    • Coordinate staffing schedules and onboarding
    • Assist with daily office operations and administrative workflows
    • Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience in ABA, healthcare administration, or a medical office
    • Knowledge of medical credentialing, billing, and insurance authorizations
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
