Administrative / Office Services ManagementDirect/Manage/Supervise administrative and office services. Lead staff and delegate office duties which may include meeting planning, accounting support, reception, payroll, facilities, maintenance, supply management, and various back office functions. Implement procedures and policies while overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of office operations. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Maintain daily and weekly reports and submit to appropriate personnel. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
