The Administrative Nursingteam is hiring anAdministrative Nursing Supervisor. Schedule:8:00pm - 8:00am, 4:00pm - 12:00amwith rotating holidays, weekends and other shifts as needed. Pay Range:$108,000 -$116,000/year Administrative Nursing Supervisor Position Responsibilities: Ensures the provision of safe nursing care for all patients reflective of the plan of care through assessment, intervention and evaluation. Participates in development and implementation of standards for nursing action and in the evaluation of those standards through process and outcome audits. Thoroughly assess patientconditions and specialized nursing care needs. Maintains an awareness of the patients and families psychological and physical needs by promoting total care. Demonstrates excellent nursing clinical knowledge. Administrative Nursing Supervisor Position Requirements: Must be a currently registeredprofessional nurse. Bachelors degree in Nursing required,Masters in Nursing preferred. Must possess 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
