The Department of Applied Economics is seeking an Administrative Manager. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.
The Department of Applied Economics at Oregon State University seeks an Administrative Manager to serve as the operational anchor for an academic community dedicated to scholarship and education on environmental, natural resource, and food system issues. You will ensure a smooth running department by overseeing daily business operations, coordinating human resource functions, managing physical spaces, and executing purchasing, travel, and financial reimbursements. You will navigate university administrative processes and policies on behalf of 18 faculty, 2 staff, 25 graduate students, and 135 undergraduate students.

The department has funding support from diverse sources including the Oregon Agricultural Experiment Station, research grants, contracts, the Extension Service, and the instructional budget of OSU's College of Agricultural Sciences (CAS).
