Position Title: Administrative Lab Assistant
Location: New Philadelphia, Ohio
Duration: 03 Month Contract 
Status: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Pay Range: USD $16-17 an hour W2

Requirements / Who we are looking for:
3-5 years experience in an administrative assistant, office coordinator, laboratory administrator, or similar support role.
Experience coordinating with vendors for office maintenance, supplies, equipment servicing, or facility-related needs.
Experience supporting laboratory operations is preferred, including equipment maintenance coordination, chemical inventory, new chemical approvals, or hazardous waste disposal.
Ability to track, organize, and submit invoices, purchase documentation, and other financial/administrative records accurately.
Experience providing logistical support for shipping, receiving, deliveries, and related documentation.
Strong ability to coordinate meetings, conference calls, visitors, travel arrangements, and company/social events.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Office 365 and other administrative systems for documentation, scheduling, tracking, and communication.
Ability to follow established procedures when handling or coordinating activities involving chemicals, laboratory equipment, and hazardous waste.
Ability to identify administrative or logistical issues, coordinate with the appropriate parties, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: 
Orders office supplies and coordinates with vendors supporting office mainenance and operations.
Coordinates the preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment between lab personnel and vendors.
Assists in lab maintenance activities including new chemical approvals, chemical inventory, lab computer management, hazardous waste disposal coordination.
Supports finance personnel in the tracking and submission of invoices and other documentation.
Provides logistics support for shipping and receiving.
Provides logistical support such as receiving visitors, arranging conference calls/large group meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling Technology social events.
