A Brief Overview
The primary purpose of the Administrative Fellowship Program is to transition top graduate students into health care operations management positions through focused mentoring, special projects, and leadership experiences. During this one-year program, the Administrative Fellow will work on, and manage, a wide variety of projects throughout the Enterprise, participate in leadership meetings, attend industry conferences, and other professional experiences. The Administrative Fellow will serve as project manager and/or provide project support to a variety of teams throughout the enterprise.
CHOP Enterprise Administrative Fellows report to and receive mentorship from the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the CHOP Care Network and other CHOP senior leaders. Throughout the experience, fellows gain valuable knowledge, skills, and abilities to address the complex challenges of today's healthcare environment while helping to advance CHOP's mission.
