Location:On-site, Boise, Idaho

Employment Type:Full-Time, Monday- Friday (8:00am- 5:00pm)

Compensation: $18-20.00 hourly

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to employees, building tenants, vendors, and visitors whilemaintaininga welcoming and professional office environment.

  • Manage daily office operations by maintaining office supplies within budget, coordinating mail and courier services, maintaining accurate physical and electronic filing systems, assisting with workspace setup and building access for special events, auditing property Certificates of Insurance (COIs), managing assigned Asana tasks and projects, and overseeing Zendesk maintenance work order tickets.

  • Coordinate facilities operations by partnering with building management and vendors to oversee maintenance, repairs, janitorial services, officelayoutand space planning, and building tenant move-in and move-out processes to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.

  • Manage vendor relationships by researching and obtaining quotes for office supplies, equipment, repairs, and other office needs, ensuring quality service and cost-effective solutions while processing invoices and tracking office and building-related expenses.

  • Support the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and training by coordinatinglogistics, catering, meeting room reservations, room setup, and ensuring meeting spaces are properly equipped and prepared.

  • Foster a positive, organized, and inclusive workplace by proactivelyidentifyingand resolving office issues and inefficiencies, supportingteam-buildingand office culture initiatives,maintainingeffective administrative processes, and performing other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to multitask effectively while working across multiple software programs and screens in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.

  • Working knowledge of office administration and property management practices.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work, complete tasks accurately and on time, provide regular updates on ongoing projects, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with property management software

Education & Experience 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 

  • Must be 18 or Over 

  • Experience using MicrosoftOffice software & Teams, email, and multiple phone line systems 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Be able to lift 15–20-pound packages, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Sit for 8-10 Hours in front of a screen at a desk with or without reasonable accommodation
