Major/Essential Functions
- Manage the daily operations of the Office of Faculty Success, including: opening and closing the office suite daily; coordinating property inventory and maintaining necessary supplies and other materials; managing all-office communications.
- Coordinate and facilitate all group meetings for the Vice Provost and Associate Vice Provost for Faculty Success
- Manage the intake, organization, distribution, and review of all materials related to select faculty awards and recognitions, including: Faculty Development Leave, the Presidentfs Faculty Book Award, and the University Distinguished awards
- Manage reservations and attendance tracking for the Faculty Search Committee Workshop
- Manage calendars for the Vice Provost for Faculty Success and others as requested
- Supervising student assistants
