    Position Summary

    Under the direction of the Department Director, the Administrative Coordinator coordinates, documents, and oversees multiple departmental projects and initiatives. This role partners with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track, deadlines are met, and deliverables align with organizational goals.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
    • Maintain project plans, documentation, status reports, and tracking tools.
    • Collaborate with department leadership and stakeholders to support project execution and operational initiatives.
    • Assign and monitor project tasks while helping manage timelines and team schedules.
    • Analyze project progress and provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations.
    • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare presentations and reports to support departmental objectives.
    • Create and maintain process documentation and other departmental resources.
    • Provide administrative and operational support for departmental programs and services.
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and project outcomes.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, program coordination, data management, or a related field.
    • Experience working with EPIC or similar healthcare information systems preferred.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree; or
    • Equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years of progressively responsible administrative, project coordination, or operational support experience.
