Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Administrative Coordinator for a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to global wildlife conservation. This is a temporary, approximately three-month assignment that is fully remote for candidates located in Texas or Oregon.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Administrative Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support to a global conservation organization, helping ensure seamless coordination between U.S.-based operations and international conservation teams. This role will support Board activities, organizational processes, conservation programs, and donor administration while serving as an important administrative bridge across teams and time zones. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, mission-driven professional to contribute to meaningful wildlife conservation efforts while working remotely with a global team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as an administrative bridge between U.S. operations and international team members, facilitating communication and supporting collaborative initiatives.

  • Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including meeting coordination, communications, and ensuring Board members have necessary resources.

  • Create, maintain, and standardize organizational playbooks, administrative workflows, and standard operating procedures.

  • Provide administrative support for conservation programs and initiatives.

  • Process donation receipts and support donor communications related to symbolic red panda adoptions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Administrative experience, ideally within an international development, conservation, or nonprofit environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership, Board members, and international colleagues.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to document processes, maintain digital records, and manage multiple priorities.

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, or a related field.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately three months. The position offers $23 per hour and a standard Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule. This position is fully remote and available to candidates located in Texas or Oregon, with equipment provided.
