Labeling and Registration Coordinator

Sigma Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Labeling and Registration Coordinator to support regulatory and administrative operations for a leading organization. This position is responsible for coordinating feed product labeling, product registrations, state licensing, document management, and regulatory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Feed Labeling & Documentation
- Create, update, and review feed product labels for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain label documentation and ensure all product information is current.
- Verify documentation prior to submission to state regulatory agencies.
- Assist with document revisions and version control.
Feed Registration & Licensing
- Coordinate feed product registrations with various state agencies.
- Process feed licensing applications and renewal documentation.
- Manage incoming regulatory correspondence, state letters, and registration documentation.
- Process registration payments and check requests.
- Track registration status and maintain accurate records of all filings.
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage high volumes of email correspondence and respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for regulatory documents and registration records.
- Update spreadsheets, trackers, and databases with accurate information.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations and special projects as assigned.
Regulatory Compliance & Record Management
- Ensure all registration and licensing documentation meets applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
- Review paperwork for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Assist with audits and document retrieval when needed.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal departments to obtain information needed for registrations and labeling.
- Communicate professionally with state agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong math aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, licensing, or registration activities.
- Experience with document control or records management.
- Administrative experience in agriculture, animal health, manufacturing, food production, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Experience processing documentation, registrations, permits, or licensing paperwork.
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
