Administrative Coordinator - Onboarding (Integrations Team)
Position Summary
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support our clients' Integrations Onboarding team. This role is responsible for managing centralized communications, maintaining Salesforce workflows, and producing accurate, executive-ready reporting and presentations.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and plays a critical role in ensuring onboarding operations run smoothly by supporting data integrity, timely communications, and leadership visibility.
Location: Dallas, TX 75019 (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Pay Rate: $22-$23/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
Shared Inbox & Communication Management
Monitor and manage a high-volume shared inbox, ensuring timely triage, routing, and response to inquiries
Maintain consistent communication standards using established templates and best practices
Escalate urgent or complex requests to appropriate team members
Ensure continuity of inbox coverage across team assignments
Salesforce Queue & Data Support
Maintain Salesforce queues, worklists, and list views for accurate workflow tracking and visibility
Monitor aging items and proactively flag delays or at-risk onboarding cases
Ensure consistent documentation of onboarding activities and communications
Perform routine data validation, cleanup, and quality checks
Reporting & Metrics Support
Compile and maintain recurring onboarding reports using Salesforce data and established templates
Track operational metrics such as pipeline activity, onboarding volume, and service levels
Validate data accuracy prior to reporting and flag discrepancies for correction
Support preparation of reporting materials for leadership review
Presentation Development
Create and update PowerPoint presentations for leadership reporting and operational updates
Translate data into clean, visually compelling charts, summaries, and dashboards
Ensure all materials align with company branding and presentation standards
Maintain organized file structures and version control for reporting assets
Qualifications
Required
1-3 years of administrative, coordination, or operations support experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail with strong data accuracy
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Background supporting reporting, dashboards, or operational metrics
Exposure to financial services, onboarding, or compliance-driven environments
