Description

Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting store operations by providing friendly and prompt assistance to customers and employees. This position enhances 4 Rivers Equipment with high-quality customer service and provides a friendly atmosphere and a caring attitude. The successful candidate must possess the ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional and positive manner.

Duties and Tasks:

  • Assist with answering store phones and route calls as appropriate
  • Backup Front Desk when needed
  • Post invoices as directed.
  • Assist with Rental contracts, billing and insurance
  • Administer the company’s customer portal
  • Marketing related tasks as assigned
  • Assist with dealer transfers / inventory
  • Assist Store Manager with Accounts Receivable reconciliation 
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Professional and positive demeanor
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong organizational Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year Administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to type 50 words per minute
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Business casual dress
