You'll be the very first voice and face families encounter, often at a moment when they're anxious, hopeless, or unsure where else to turn. Your welcome can help a family feel understood, hopeful, and ready to take the next step
What you'll do:
- Respond to calls and online inquiries with warmth and confidence
- Help prospective families schedule a cognitive skills assessment
- Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for clients and visitors
- Build genuine relationships with students and their families
- Support new student assessments and onboarding
- Manage clerical responsibilities and special projects
- Notice the small details that help the center run smoothly
