Job Title: Administrative Clerk
Location: Coal Center, PA 15423
Duration: 12 month (temp to hire)
Pay Rate: $26/hr (W2) on W2
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week - Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Job Summary
The Administrative Clerk supports daily administrative operations and serves as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and customers while providing administrative support across multiple departments in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and other digital communications.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and complete routine administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Human Resources, Maintenance, and Shipping departments.
- Process requests, follow up on orders, and provide general information.
- Participate in required training and follow company policies and procedures.
- Support departmental goals and assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.

- Administrative/Clerical Experience

Physical Requirements
- Frequent keyboarding and data entry.
- Frequent reaching, grasping, and pinching.
- Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to process verbal and written information quickly.
- Work primarily in a seated position with occasional standing/walking.
- Ability to work in a noisy manufacturing environment while following safety procedures.
Work Environment
- Indoor, climate-controlled facility.
- Primarily sedentary role.
- Occasional standing or walking for 1 2 hours.

Experience
- Administrative, clerical, customer service, or related experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
