Administrative Business Partner/LeadThis opportunity is with a global investment management firm supporting institutional and retail investors worldwide, with a strong reputation for innovation, research, and long-term investment performance.Job DescriptionManage complex calendars and coordinate high-volume meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Arrange extensive domestic and international travel, including visa preparation and multi-time-zone logistics.Organize client meetings, team events, and working breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.Provide administrative support to multiple senior professionals and serve as backup support when needed.Partner closely with global teams to ensure seamless operations and communication.Process monthly expense reports and manage related administrative tasks.Support special projects and ad hoc business initiatives as required.Maintain a proactive, high-touch level of support in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
