What you get:

Job Description:

• Prepare reports and presentations

• Maintain call log and submit for end of month reports

• Scheduling and maintaining client schedules

• Enter agency deposits into QuickBooks

• Prepare and distribute mail

• Maintain confidentiality

• Maintain awareness of referral resources

• Must be customer service oriented

Requirements:

• Experience using telephone, copier, computer

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail

• Associates Degree and/or a minimum of 2 years office administration experience

• Problem solving skills

• Good communication and listening skills

• Communicates well with senior population
