MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or proof of education.
- BCI and FBI criminal records results less than one-year old must be submitted prior to initial employment and as required thereafter.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and exhibit attention to detail with the ability to work independently on multi-step processes.
- Be proficient in the operation of computer software, equipment, email, Internet.
- High level of expertise in written composition, general office procedures, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and publishing software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, act ethically, and represent the district professionally with staff, students, and the community.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Serve as the primary contact person and liaison between the Director of Operations and students, teachers, parents, district personnel, staff, and the community.
- Maintain responsibility for the Director of Operations office in a positive, orderly, cooperative, and thorough manner.
- Coordinate process of hiring and orienting substitutes, work with local ESC regarding approved substitutes. Update, implement, and manage the districts substitute records.
- Maintain part-time certified and classified personnel files.
- Set up and manage District software tools (i.e. PSW, Frontline, Unified Talent, NEOLA-Board Docs, FMX, NaviGate).
- Oversee required health and safety training within Public School Works.
- Process Board Policy and Administrative Guideline updates.
- Accumulate data and file required state reports (i.e. EEOC, CRDC, OSSC Safety Plan, etc.)
