ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE DEAN: COLLEGE OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS
OVERVIEW:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of Administrative Assistant requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, work ethics, confidentiality, and cooperation when supporting the Dean of the College of Healthcare Professions. The administrative assistant handles confidential duties associated with the college budget accounts, students'' academic concerns, faculty positions, faculty reports, and Healthcare program course evaluations. This position provides specialized support to the Dean of the College of Healthcare Professions. Responsibilities include performing high-level administrative duties, oversight, and coordination of the Dean''s office activities as they relate to the healthcare programs. Such functions include coordinating planning and workflow; follow-up on delegated tasks; keeping projects on schedule, preparing, and keeping track of College and office budgets; calendar management for the Dean and assisting program directors or staff as needed.
