About the Role:
Little Lambs in Tallahassee, FL is looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support the Director of our beloved Christian childcare center. Responsibilities:

• • Provide direct administrative support to the Director, managing schedules, correspondence, and daily operations
  • Greet and assist families, staff, and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor
  • Maintain and organize student enrollment records, files, and childcare documentation
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle front-office communications
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and communications for staff and families
  • Ensure compliance with state childcare licensing requirements and recordkeeping standards
  • Experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Ability to create engaging social media content, including posts, flyers, captions, and promotional graphics.
    
    
• Requirements:
  • Prior administrative or office support experience required; childcare or education setting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Warm, professional communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Alignment with Christian values and a heart for serving children and families
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy, child-centered environment
  • Must pass required background screening per Florida childcare regulations
