Data Management & System AdministrationVendor Relations & Communications
- Execute accurate data entry into company databases and core tracking systems.
- Process and onboard new inventory items, ensuring all product specifications, pricing, and system data are fully up to date.
- Audit and verify data integrity to ensure all entered information is correct, consistent, and error-free.
Shipping, Receiving & Logistics Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors to coordinate orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Communicate regularly with external suppliers to track shipment timelines and verify billing or product details.
Point of Sale (POS) & Front-End Operations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, managing the seamless flow of receiving and shipping processes.
- Inspect incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders to verify accuracy and condition.
- Coordinate inbound Damaged product, communicating with Vendor of damaged product and recover credits for the company.
- Maintain precise inventory tracking at checkout by ensuring all items register correctly in the system during point-of-sale activities.
