    Safety-Kleen is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! Our Administrative Assistants are responsible providing administrative support in an office and facility environment requiring a thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures.

    • Perform administrative tasks related to daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination across departments

    • Process and manage vendor purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely tracking

    • Provide support for unbilled invoicing processes by ensuring billing work orders are completed accurately and promptly for customers

    • Oversee the receiving of direct-shipped waste to third-party facilities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance

    • Generate and maintain necessary paperwork, including manifests and bills of lading (BOL), for shipping and waste management

    • Complete other tasks and duties as assigned
