Location: Sabine Pass, TX (On Site)
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE
Job Type: Contract (2+ Year Assignment)
Work Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm or 7:30am - 4:00pm (Flexible)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, managing reception, incoming calls, and visitor access.
- Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, calendars, catering, office events, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support including correspondence, reports, presentations, document preparation, data entry, and special projects.
- Order and maintain office, breakroom, and operational supplies while coordinating deliveries, shipments, and mail distribution.
- Process expense reports, maintain records, and support purchasing and vendor activities.
- Support office and field personnel with day-to-day administrative needs.
- Assist with office organization, workspace coordination, and facility-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Administrative, receptionist, clerical, or office support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting industrial, energy, manufacturing, construction, or operations environments is a plus.
- Experience with expense reporting, purchasing, vendor coordination, visitor management, or SAP is preferred.
