Job Description
This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Employment will not commence unless and until the contract is awarded and funding is confirmed.
Anglin Consulting Group is seeking a Research Support Specialist to assist in tracking research initiatives, compiling data, and supporting dissemination and reporting activities for a federal research program. This position contributes to accurate documentation, research coordination, and preparation of program summaries and analytical materials.
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and documentation for meetings and program events
Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and summary notes
Maintain document control and file management systems
Track action items and follow-up requirements
Assist with preparation of routine reports and correspondence
Support travel coordination and documentation processing
Maintain internal tracking logs and reporting templates
Provide administrative support for program leadership
Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination for program staff
Ensure records are maintained in accordance with federal documentation standards
Requirements and Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience supporting federal programs
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
