In This Role

You will provide administrative and operational support to a newly formed organization focused on AI and business productivity solutions. You will partner with leadership administrators and director-level stakeholders to coordinate schedules, events, team activities, workplace needs, and other day-to-day operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for individual leaders and broader teams
  • Schedule appointments, resolve calendar conflicts, and communicate scheduling updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate team meetings, events, and employee engagement activities
  • Support travel planning and related administrative arrangements
  • Assist with hardware requests, storage needs, facilities coordination, and workplace operations
  • Provide administrative support to director-level stakeholders and leadership administrators
  • Help coordinate departmental financial, personnel, and operational activities
  • Respond to team requests with professionalism, transparency, and a service-oriented approach
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to ensure administrative needs are addressed efficiently
  • Support special projects and evolving business priorities as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in communication, team support, and calendar management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Outlook and other standard office productivity tools
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate schedules, meetings, and team activities
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional, dependable, and transparent communication style
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a growing organization
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the Puget Sound, Washington area
  • Availability to commit to the anticipated 11–12-month assignment duration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience providing administrative or business support
  • Experience supporting managers, directors, or leadership teams
  • Background in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, front-desk operations, or team coordination
  • Experience coordinating events, travel, facilities, or workplace-related requests
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or rapidly evolving organization
  • Demonstrated history of reliability and long-term commitment in previous roles
  • Interest in AI, business productivity, or emerging technology initiatives

Compensation

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $24 to $28 USD per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week
