Administrative Assistant with Marketing Experience Part-TimePeninsula Cleaning Service, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant with experience in marketing and office support. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to management and operations teamsAssist with preparing proposals, reports, and marketing materialsManage social media accounts and assist with digital marketing effortsMaintain company records, files, and correspondenceCoordinate communications with clients and vendorsSupport special projects and events as neededQualifications:Previous administrative and marketing experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with Canva or similar design platforms a plusExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAA/BA in Marketing or Business Administration equivalent preferredValid Driver's License and acceptable driving record is requiredSchedule: Monday–Friday between 25 - 29 hours per week.
