MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree in business technology, accounting, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in high-volume data entry, bookkeeping support, or educational data management desirable. Experience with Colorado CTE reporting or school district accounting is a strong asset.Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (creating summary workbooks, logical functions, dataset reconciliation, data validation).Experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS), relational databases, or accounting software desirable.High-speed, error-free keyboarding and numerical data entry capabilities.Exceptional attention to detail, strong financial tracking capability, organization under tight state deadlines, and compliance with student data privacy regulations (FERPA).Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds desired JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and track purchases for, but not limited to, Pathway and CTE programsincluding supplies, equipment, and travelverifying grant/CTA reimbursement eligibility and reconciling orders against approved funding allocations per WPS guidelines.Reconciliation of Purchases in accordance with WPS systems and guidelines Site visit and Field Trip coordination: Both onsite and offsiteDesign, build, and maintain complex, dynamic Excel workbooks (utilizing XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, and error-checking formulas) to manage large datasets for state and district programs. Compile, reconcile, and format district Career and Technical Act (CTA) reporting files for submission to the Colorado Community College System (CCCS), V135 reporting, and state reporting portals.Track and report on all things Concurrent Enrollment, Work-Based Learning and Industry Recognized Credentials, and generate accurate student participation and tuition reimbursement reports.Prepare, audit, and organize financial and student concentrator datasets required for the annual Carl D. Perkins CTE reimbursement report and grant compliance reviews.Assist CTE staff with compiling documents, pertaining to the CTE teaching credential applications. Assist with reviewing for completeness before submitting Coordinate, and take minutes for required community meetings. Perform meticulous data extraction from Student Information Systems (SIS) and state databases, auditing incoming school-level records for accuracy and reasonableness prior to submission deadlines.Performs other duties as assigned.
