We currently need an organization-savvy superstar to step in and keep things running smoothly for our US-based client, someone who can jump into a new environment without missing a beat.
This is a temporary replacement position covering leave days. We need coverage for 3 weeks (June 15th – July 3rd) on a part-time basis.

What you'll Do:
Work directly with the Systems Specialist on a variety of task including reporting, creating new projects, managing COIs, credit card reconciliations, reporting expenses, etc.
Assist project managers with different tasks during the various stages of a project such as ordering site supplies, verifying invoice requirements are met, project billing and closeout packages.
Guide subcontractors and vendors on the onboarding process for Procore Pay.
Manage the ERP system and address any errors that may arise.
What You'll Need to Know:
3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
Knowledge in Procore.
An Advanced English level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Availability for the full duration of the coverage period (June 15th – July 3rd).
A great Plus:
Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
Experience in construction.
