We currently need an organization-savvy superstar to step in and keep things running smoothly for our US-based client, someone who can jump into a new environment without missing a beat.

This is a temporary replacement position covering leave days. We need coverage for 3 weeks (June 15th – July 3rd) on a part-time basis.

What you'll Do:

  • Work directly with the Systems Specialist on a variety of task including reporting, creating new projects, managing COIs, credit card reconciliations, reporting expenses, etc.

  • Assist project managers with different tasks during the various stages of a project such as ordering site supplies, verifying invoice requirements are met, project billing and closeout packages.

  • Guide subcontractors and vendors on the onboarding process for Procore Pay.

  • Manage the ERP system and address any errors that may arise.

 

What You'll Need to Know:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.

  • Knowledge in Procore.

  • An Advanced English level.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Availability for the full duration of the coverage period (June 15th – July 3rd).



 

A great Plus:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.

  • Experience in construction.
