We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time administrative professional to support day-to-day office operations and help keep teams running efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.  This position will be required to be in the office for up to 20 hours per week.  

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to team members and leadership as needed
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
  • Perform general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks Online

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with common office software and productivity tools
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience using QuickBooks Online for invoicing, payments, and financial tracking

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting multiple team members or departments
