We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide Quality Assurance administrative support to the WPB Area Office. This role involves a mix of office management, administrative coordination, and project support responsibilities, requiring the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and Quality Assurance support to the WPB Area Office
Manage office operations including budgeting support, payroll coordination, and personnel records
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics
Conduct research and assist in preparing briefing charts, reports, and presentation materials
Work independently on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Quality Assurance or operations teams
