Administrative Assistant - Property Management
We are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to support our Portfolio/Property Managers in a fast-paced property management environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who is comfortable interacting with homeowners and handling a high volume of clerical and customer service tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Portfolio/Property Managers
Answer phones, respond to homeowner inquiries, and handle complaints professionally
Prepare correspondence, mailings, and general documentation
Perform typing, data entry, and filing tasks
Assist with day-to-day office operations to keep portfolios running smoothly
Qualifications:
Prior administrative experience, preferably in property management or a relatedindsutry
Strong customer service skills; able to communicate calmly and professionally with homeowners
Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated with strong attendance and reliability
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficient with general office and clerical duties
This position requires someone who is organized, composed under pressure, and able to represent the company positively when interacting with homeowners.
