LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an organization in the commercial real estate space to identify a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for their location in Columbus, OH. This position will begin on a contract basis with the potential to convert to a permanent employee based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the property management team while helping ensure a positive experience for tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including correspondence, document preparation, filing, data entry, and phone coverage
Coordinate meetings, property-related events, and communication between tenants, vendors, and management teams
Assist with lease administration, tenant records, insurance documentation, and contract tracking
Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and other financial documentation for approval
Monitor maintenance requests and work order activity, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting
Maintain organized property files, contracts, certificates of insurance, and other compliance-related records
Qualifications:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in related field preferred
At least 1 year of previous administrative, office support, property management, or customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (formulas, formatting, pivot tables), and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
