JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of the day-to-day operations of the Obstetrics Department at OMC by providing administrative support, and serving as the focal point for resolving a wide range of matters arising both within and outside the Obstetrics Department. The OB administrative assistant is responsible for maintaining and updating the department staffing schedule, including auditing timecard corrections. Additionally, they are responsible for: creation of the onboarding schedule for new staff, scheduling classes for staff, ordering OB office supplies, scheduling meetings, working with director/supervisor on staff vacations, and other clerical duties as needed. Responsible for maintaining a calm, orderly and productive working environment.
