QUALIFICATIONS

Must have experience with Real Estate and or have thier interest in Real Estate lisence or obtaining one if not have it already! 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

· Draft, edit, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents

· Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and organize conferences

· Screen, research, and route incoming communications

· Prepare information by transcribing, inputting, retrieving, and transmitting text, data, and graphics

· Handle confidential materials with discretion

Office & Operational Management

· Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate vendor orders

· Collect and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and courier packages

· Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, including project and legal documentation

· Support special projects and contribute to overall team objectives

Financial & Bookkeeping Support

· Assist with financial transaction tracking and bookkeeping processes

· Maintain and reconcile general ledger entries

· Prepare trial balances and reconcile account discrepancies

· Support the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

· Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting a CEO, President, or senior executive

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently

· Professional demeanor with high sensitivity to confidential matters

Preferred:
