Administrative Assistant

Join our team as an Administrative Assistant! In this role, you have the opportunity to gain managerial experience under the direction and supervision of our Director Team. You will partner with other team members to strive for the same goal: to care for our guests with excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Directors with efficient scheduling
  • Assist HR with interviews and the onboarding process
  • Manage all emails related to administration
  • Provide operational excellence during store hours
  • Calendar management
  • Book-Keeping/Accounting
  • Maintain/organize filing systems
  • Vendor management

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Possess a servant heart, positive attitude, growth mindset, hard work ethic, and character.
  • Are proficient in G-Suites, iWork Suite, Microsoft 365, etc.
  • Have outstanding communication/interpersonal abilities, competent in prioritizing, a fast problem solver with the ability to meet deadlines/manage time & projects.
  • Are extremely organized.
