Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet, welcome, and direct guests, clients, and vendors
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls
Manage general email inbox and inquiries
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Perform data entry, record updates, and filing
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and front desk security procedures
Keep reception and lobby areas clean, organized, and stocked
Provide general administrative support as needed
