Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operational and reporting tasks. This position will work directly with management and will play an important role in keeping information organized, generating reports, and assisting with administrative projects.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
Organize and manage documents using Microsoft Word
Build and update PowerPoint presentations when needed
Compile operational data and generate summary reports
Assist with billing and administrative documentation
Maintain organized digital files and records
Communicate with team members to gather necessary information for reports
Occasionally visit dealership locations to observe inventory and assist with operational tasks
Provide general administrative support to management
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of business operations or reporting is a plus
