Administrative Assistant – Student Services & AthleticsMenahga Public Schools | $40,000 – $50,000 | Ten-Month Position

Menahga Public Schools is looking for a friendly, organized administrative assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our school community, supporting the building principal, student services, and the athletic department.

What You'll Do

You'll be the go-to person for students, families, and staff. Day to day, that means:

• Supporting the principal with records, correspondence, reports, and general office tasks
• Maintaining student enrollment, attendance, and registration records in Infinite Campus
• Helping families with registration questions and paperwork
• Supporting the Athletic Director with schedules, eligibility records, lettering, and Bound registration
• Helping plan athletic banquets and recognition events
• Answering phones, greeting visitors, and keeping the office running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional, friendly communication with students, families, and staff
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Comfort with computers and willingness to learn systems like Infinite Campus and Bound
• A positive, dependable, team-oriented attitude
• Previous school or office experience is a plus, but not required
