Ameritech Facility Services is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Sales Assistant to support our Division 10 specialties team in Mansfield, TX.

This role will support the bidding and fulfillment process, with a primary focus on preparing and sending sales proposals to general contractors and coordinating material procurement for awarded projects.

Responsibilities

  • Proposal & Bid Management: Use Building Connected to track invitations to bid, download project blueprints and specifications, and send completed sales proposals to general contractors.
  • Material Procurement: Review submittals and approved orders and accurately purchase Division 10 materials, including toilet partitions, bathroom accessories, fire extinguishers, and lockers.
  • ERP Data Entry: Maintain project statuses, client information, and order tracking in Acumatica.
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with specialty manufacturers regarding pricing and lead times, place purchase orders, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to job sites.
  • Sales Support: Assist sales representatives with follow-up emails, phone calls to general contractors, and gathering missing project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Acumatica or similar construction ERP software is preferred.
  • Experience with BuildingConnected is preferred.
  • Ability to read basic construction project schedules, architectural plans, or take-off documents is a plus.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately match manufacturer part numbers with project submittals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction office environment.
