Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Temp-Hire
Shift: Monday-Friday
Pay rate range: $20-$24/hr (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors while managing front desk tasks and guest documentation
Maintain organized filing systems-both physical and digital (using scanning software)
Assist with purchasing processes: collect vendor quotes, prepare purchase orders, and submit for approval
Support basic office functions including supplies management and administrative coordination
Provide backup assistance for customer service, order entry, shipping, invoicing, and special projects as needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks experience is a plus
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; additional education in business or administration preferred
3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally in a manufacturing or office environment
