  We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant with account payables experience to support the daily operations of our property management office in a luxury high-rise residential building. The ideal candidate will serve as the point of contact for residents, realtors, and vendors ensuring a seamless and elevated service experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the sophistication expected in a luxury setting. 


Key Responsibilities 

Administrative Support


  • Maintain resident records, Purchase / lease agreements, and property management files
  • Responsible for accounts payables
Coordination & Support


  • Support event planning and resident engagement activities
    Handle confidential information with discretion
Resident & Guest Relations


  • Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist residents with service requests, amenity reservations, and general building information
Job Requirements

 Education & Experience


  • Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree preferred
    Minimum 2 years of administrative or property management experience (luxury or hospitality background a plus)
Technical Skills


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with property management software (e.g., Building Link) preferred
  • Strong typing and data entry skill
 Interpersonal Skills


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
Organizational Skills

Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
