Administrative Assistant (Excel Skills)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong Excel skills to support data entry, reporting, and daily office operations.


Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain data in Excel and internal systems
  • Create and update reports (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
  • Review data for accuracy and correct errors
  • Track orders, inventory, or production data
  • Organize files and assist with general admin tasks

Qualifications

  • Data entry experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (SUM, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
