    Description

    Administrative Assistant

    Interim Healthcare is looking for a reliable, organized, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will primarily focus on administrative duties, office support, and communicating with clients, caregivers, and families.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
    • Assist clients and families with questions and general information
    • Complete general administrative and clerical tasks
    • Maintain accurate client and employee records
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating caregiver services
    • Communicate with caregivers, clients, and healthcare professionals
    • Assist with onboarding and administrative paperwork
    • Use computer systems and office software to complete daily tasks
    • Provide general support to the office and management team
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information

    Qualifications

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish
    • Computer literate and comfortable learning new software and systems
    • At least one year of caregiving experience or previous experience providing direct care
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
    • Compassionate and comfortable working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, and their families
    • Previous administrative or healthcare office experience is preferred but not required
