Administrative Assistant Future Trainer
Organization meets opportunity. Communication meets creativity. And your next career adventure starts here. We’re a
property management business that sells and rents manufactured homes, and we’re looking for a highly organized, motivated, and curious
Administrative Assistant to work closely with our COO.
This isn’t your typical “manage the calendar and answer emails” role. You’ll help keep our day-to-day operations organized while learning our business, supporting our training programs, and developing the skills to eventually become an
internal trainer.
️ What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to leadership and the team
- Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and logistics
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and training materials
- Keep files, records, and databases organized
- Communicate with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Support office operations and help improve processes
- Assist with training schedules, materials, and session logistics
- Learn our training content and gradually begin co-facilitating sessions
Where You Can Grow
We’ll help you develop your presentation and facilitation skills through hands-on experience, coaching, and our train-the-trainer approach. The goal is for you to grow from
administrative superstar to confident internal trainer.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of administrative or office support experience
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort with Microsoft Office workspace, with a focus in Teams Chats, Channels and Activities
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Confidence presenting to small groups—or enthusiasm to develop it
- The ability to juggle priorities and roll with the occasional plot twist
You’ll Stand Out If You…
Enjoy teaching, coaching, or helping people learn. You communicate clearly, welcome feedback, and naturally look for ways to make things work better.
If you’re organized enough to keep the wheels turning, curious enough to learn the business, and excited about eventually teaching others—we’d love to meet you!
